Contains an agreement, 1904, between Samuel and John Turner and Frederick W. Akeroyd of Yorkshire, England and the company to install the former's oil extracting plant (a process to treat scouring liquor from washing machines and scouring machines); a ms. document, 1905, of "Detail cost of plant for heating wool and piece scouring suds" (cost of oil extraction plant); and a report, 1906-1907, of production of oil recovered from scouring machines. The collection also contains three folders of material regarding personal finances of the Taylor family, including an Internal Revenue form, 1865, to W.A. Taylor; an invoice, 1875, from a livery stable in South Adams, Mass., to Mrs. E. Taylor; and checks from a Pittsfield bank signed by A.E. Taylor. Includes legal agreement, 1865, concerning bequeathment of bonds and securities between Kinsley Twining (principal) and Charles J. Kittredge and W.A. Taylor as sureties and Thomas K. Plunkett and George Plunkett, all of Hinsdale, Mass.
